Air Italy launches direct non-stop flight from Milan Malpensa to Miami International Airport, completing the new Summer 2018 network of services to North America following the launch of daily service to New York JFK. Flights to Miami are offered four times weekly and are operated by an Airbus 330-200 offering 18 seats in Business and 236 in Economy class.
Inflight experience includes personal entertainment screens, and Wi-fi. Business class cabins have extended amenities including lie-flat seats, deluxe catering and inflight product kits.
Air Italy Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Neil Mills said: “We are delighted to be the here in Miami to launch our direct flights to Milan Malpensa. Air Italy, which is owned by Qatar Airways, and is an overhaul of former carrier Meridiana. With more than 50 aircrafts on order, there are plans to evolve operations into a major airline.
