Summer is officially over, but that doesn’t mean you should slack off on your fitness routine. Shake things up by trying one of these challenging, and highly effective workouts this season.
The SWEAT app
Looking for a new way to get in shape? SWEAT, a newly debuted app for women seeking education, inspiration and support for their health and fitness goals may be the perfect solution.
Fitness and lifestyle mavens, Kayla Itsines, Sjana Elise and Kelsey Wells provide a range of workout programs, including bodyweight, weight training, post-pregnancy and yoga, via the SWEAT app, offering the freedom to find a style of training that fits any lifestyle.
Kelsey’s post-pregnancy program is designed to assist new moms to regain their strength after having children. Taking a holistic approach to health after birth, Kelsey focuses on encouraging women to care for and nurture their bodies too. Kayla’s signature 28-minute resistance workouts take users through a routine to target arms, abs, legs or full body. SWEAT’s resident yogi, Sjana Elise, has a deep-seated passion for helping women to feel positive, energized and strong.
In addition to the “follow along” workout videos, the SWEAT app provides a variety of tools including a planner to schedule and manage workouts, a water and step tracker, challenges, like extra workouts and fit tests, as well as shopping lists and recipes – just about everything you’ll need to achieve and maintain your fitness goals.
