IZZY’S MIAMI BEACH – Painted Hill Farms Sirloin Burger
Known for its seafood selection this Miami Beach hot spot has ventured into the burger zone creating quite the contender. 6 oz of ground sirloin from Painted Hills Farms in Oregon is prepared (like a steak) in a cast iron skillet with butter & herbs. Its topped with melted cave-aged cheddar, a house made onion jam and thick-cut applewood-smoked bacon all sandwiched together by a soft potato roll from Old School Bakery smeared with a kewpee herb mayo – the burger is paired with a house made dill pickle & waffle–cut fries – YUM! $19
