James Beard Foundation Award nominee, Chef Bun Lai will take residence at the The1 Rooftop – at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach February 24th – April 30th with the creation of the eco-conscience pop-up restaurant, PREY.
Chef Bun Lai is dedicated to sustainable seafood-based, plant-based and invasive species-based sushi and will hunt, dive and forage for many of the items in his dishes.

Featured dishes include Finger lickin’ Carp Ribs, Roasted Feral Pig and Tempura Weed Che paired with foraged berry and plant sake or signature cocktails.
PREY, is Chef Bun Lai’s first restaurant outside of his family run restaurant, Miya’s, in New Haven, Connecticut.
