The culinary team of BRO Management Las Olas: Thomas Febbraio (restaurateur – Gray Goose in Southport, CT & Spotted Horse in Westport, CT), Marc Katzenberg (co-founder of TooJays), and Rafael Palomino (chef, cookbook author and restaurateur) will introduce a casual culinary concept this Spring. Offering a one-of-kind take on burgers, bites, a salad bar and unique dishes – with a focus on organic, non-antibiotic and no hormone grass-fed beef, fresh seafood, produce and other specialty ingredients.
The B Square Menu will include more than a dozen burgers including The McDuck: a burger topped with Duck, Foie Gras and Concord Grape Glaze and the Aww Shuck-its: an organic burger topped with Fried Oysters, Grilled Purple Caramelized-Onions, and Gorgonzola Cream Sauce, as well as and “B” Dogs – the restaurant’s very own take on hot dogs, made exclusively from American Kobe beef with additions like with Truffle Oil, Sautéed Lobster and Garlic Butter.
To complement the casual fare B Square will offer a wide selection of macro-brew craft beers, specialty cocktails and an extended selection of wines by the glass or bottle.
B Square Burgers & Booze, which will open its doors at 1021 E. Las Olas Boulevard in late March or early April.
